How this order is derived
Tiers follow the game's own unlock chains: an entry's tier is the longest prerequisite path above it. "Unlocks the most first" sorting counts UnlockingRecepieIDs plus UnlockingResearchIDs per entry. The decoration split uses the entry's own ResearchType field (the game's EItemType enum). The only editorial judgment on this page is the within-tier emphasis; every gate, cost and count is game data.
